This is one of Sacramento?s best kept secret neighborhoods that starts just south of Sutterville Road, north of Fruitridge Road. ?The first time I drove through Hollywood Park, I kept searching for a park and there is none although the name certainly would indicate otherwise. But, heck with William Land Park just a hop, skip and a jump away you can?t ask for a better park.
Hollywood Park homes generally have large lots with homes built in the 1940?s and 1950?s with 2 and 3 ?bedrooms. ?The home my first time home buyer is purchasing was expanded with a family room off the kitchen banked with windows bringing in the light of the outside and giving the home just another reason to fall in love with its workmanship. ?Wood flooring is prevalent in Hollywood Park with charming built-ins and distinctive attributes.
Many of the Hollywood Park homes have been updated but still keep the old world charm on it?s tree lined streets. ?There are 3 neighborhood schools and shopping just around the corner. ?Hollywood Park is a community neighborhood where neighbors meet neighbors and look out for one another.?
