So I bought some soy protein, because my mother's been buying less meat, and soy protein was on sale for a ridiculously cheap price at a closeout store I shop at, buy one get one free for 1.25lbs, so 2.5lbs per $5. So I was using it like...100g of it a day or so? Today I had one in the morning, felt terrible, then had a few glasses or regular whole milk without protein and felt awesome. So I'm assuming me and soy do not get along, probably due to the phyto-estrogens. Oh well, still got 1.6ish lbs left, but yeah, not gonna touch soy stuff for a while. But yeah, it was just the worst horrible "depression" ever, wow. I'll see how it is tomorrow without it, but yeah, seems like no more soy for me. _________________ But it was all right, everything was all right, the struggle was finished. He had won the victory over himself. He loved Big Brother.
