Vandals break windows at loggers' Olympia office

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -- Vandals broke more than 20 windows and left anarchist graffiti at the Washington Contract Loggers Association office in Olympia.

Association CEO Jerry Bonagofsky says employees arriving for work Tuesday found damage that totaled about $30,000.

The News Tribune reports ( http://is.gd/R7GDZA ) a message spray-painted on a wall along with an anarchist symbol says, "You're never safe. Go Log in Hell."

Bonagofsky says employees are upset. He says nothing like this has ever happened before at the office. The trade organization for independent loggers has been based in the Olympia area since about 1970.
